Refund Policy

Adyrix Systems Private Limited (CIN: U62090AP2026PTC123598; D No 18-7-96/1, Shivalayam Temple, Kaza, Mangalagiri, Guntur - 522503, Andhra Pradesh, India), the company behind Stemmory.

The promise

If you are not happy with Stemmory, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on a subscription. No questions asked.

This applies to your first payment only. Renewal payments are not covered. You can cancel a subscription at any time from inside the app, in one click, before it renews, so you always have a way out before you are charged again.

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial that asks for your card up front. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged at all — there is nothing to refund. We email you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends, so the first charge never comes as a surprise. If you do not cancel, your card is charged when the trial ends, and that charge is your first payment. Your 14 refund days run from the day you are charged, not the day you signed up.

Because the trial is 14 days and the refund window is also 14 days, it is worth being exact: these are two different periods, and they never overlap. The trial's 14 days start when you sign up and end with your first charge. The refund window's 14 days start at that charge. One ends where the other begins. Counted from signup, that is up to 28 days of protection: sign up on the 1st of a month and your card is charged on the 15th; you can then have that payment refunded in full until the 29th. If you are ever unsure which period you are in, the test is simple: not charged yet — cancel and pay nothing; charged within the last 14 days — full refund.

Who issues the refund

Stemmory is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record for all purchases. Your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, not with Adyrix Systems Private Limited. Paddle issues the refund, to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@stemmory.com, name the email address on your account, and say you want a refund. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and pass it to Paddle.

You can also go to Paddle directly, without waiting for us: through their buyer support site at paddle.net, or using the details on your Paddle receipt or invoice. They are the merchant of record, they hold your payment details, and they can act on the request themselves.

How long it takes

Inside the 14-day window there is no approval step — an eligible request is honoured. Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method. How quickly it then shows up depends on your bank or card issuer: typically a few business days, sometimes longer. We do not control that part.

What happens to your workspace

Your workspace and its data are not deleted when you are refunded. The subscription is cancelled and paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your workspace then becomes read-only: your graph, your decisions and your history stay where they are and stay viewable, but syncing from GitHub and Linear stops and nothing new is recorded. Subscribing again reactivates it, with everything as you left it. If you later delete your account, our deletion policy applies.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. This policy is written to meet or exceed that right: every plan starts with a 14-day trial in which you are not charged at all, and our refund window only begins at your first payment — so it starts where a window counted from signup would already be ending.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any refund or cancellation right you have under the law of your country. Where your local law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, that right still applies.
